We tried to talk Maliya into waiting until Brian got to the backyard to help him. Que the portraits by Maliya portion of the evening:
"Now do silly faces!" She instructed:
But she couldn't convince Katie to make a silly face. Katie just kept right on saying "cheeeeeese."
Maliya, sad that she's not helping mow the lawn.
And, now it's Rachel's turn for portraits:
The girls' new favorite game: Pretending to pop our eye balls out and put them in our mouths. Ahhh, the things we learn from having older children to hang around....

Your lawn looks so beautiful! I just really love the girls' hair. Every time I see their picture, I fall in love all over again. So cute!
