Family

Friday, June 20th, the whole Topham family made their way to Utah! (Minus a couple of brothers in law...party poopers). Camille and Trina and Grandpa Topham all came to hang out at our house, Friday afternoon. It was so fun! Sharee and Grandma Topham didn't make it into town until late that night. Bright and early Saturday morning, (well, even earlier than it was bright) Grandpa and Brian went to run in the AF Canyon Half Marathon! I am so impressed! That is such a feat! The rest of us made our way over to see them cross the finish line, later that morning. Look at them go!

Hayden was very supportive from dreamland....

After the boys got their showers and a little bit of rest, we all gathered at a park for a picnic lunch. The kids had SO much fun playing together! Look at all these little boys! Love the carseat line up!
Maliya and Kyla. Such cute girls!
These boys are all within 6 months of each other! Aren't they just precious! They really did seem to love hanging out with each other, too. Such cuteness!
In age order: Stetson, Daxton, Hayden and Bradley.
Sunday, we all went up to Farmington for Bradley's Baby blessing.
Monday, Brian and left the Topham festivities to go camping with the McDougle clan. Hayden did SO fantastic on his first camping trip!
All the kids did great! I couldn't believe it! This is our first attempt at a camping trip (since Maliya was Hayden's age) where all of the kids slept at night. It was awesome! We did need to go warm up some toesies by a fire, come morning time, though!
There was a little stream running through our site, that the kids all LOVED playing in! They loved exploring and playing with cousins...throwing rocks...

 Roasting marshmallows...
 Hanging out with Grandma Lisa...
And we even went on a little hike. Hayden's first hike!

There was a little spot, along the trail, right by the stream, where we found DOZENS of butterflies! (It must be a spot where they lay their eggs or something?) The girls were in heaven!

Maliya asked if she could try to catch one. I said yes. She was unsuccessful.
 Hanging out with Grandpa Scott...
It was a great (albeit, short) camping trip! We had so much fun and it was great to just relax for a couple of days and be away from all the distractions of life.
We came home Tuesday evening and got to hang out with Grandma Topham. She is so wonderful! Look at her taking care of two babies at once!
Back with the Tophams, we all went to the splash pad....Kyla and Maliya were climbing polls like monkeys!
Maliya didn't quite get the technique down like Kyla...
We went to another splash pad on Thursday, Katie slept through the entire thing. Poor kids were so exhausted from all the excitement!
Friday, we went to the Bean Museum! They recently refurbished it, and it is TOTALLY different, now! It was a lot of fun, but also pretty crazy...as I had 6 kids with me. All 6 and under...and I was the only adult. Yikes.
I loved seeing Maliya stop to read some of the signs!
That night, Rachel crashed. She kept crying and insisting that daddy take a nap with her, and that she wanted a picture of her taking a nap with daddy.
It has been a crazy couple of weeks, but we have sure loved hanging out with so much family and having some many fun things to do!
