Impromptu Birthday Party

Someone had a birthday...

My little girl is FOUR YEARS OLD!!!

The morning of her birthday, Maliya asked if she could have 2 friends come over...since it was her birthday. I told her she could, and she proceeded to go to each of our neighbors houses who have little girls her age and tell them that it was her birthday, so the little girl needed to come to her house. Haha, can't argue with that!

Those that came, enjoyed dressing up like princesses and having a dance party!

At one point, Maliya sat everyone down to ask them who wanted to dance with her.

"I do."

But that wasn't a good enough prospect, apparently. Instead it was decided that they would all dance together!

When kids started having to go home, Maliya was PRETTY upset that I was sending them away without even giving them any birthday cake! It was at this point that she talked me into for sure doing a REAL Birthday Party for her...but not until Saturday.

We had one or two kids at our house -pretty much- the whole day. Which kids changed, but Maliya kept making sure someone was there...
