May 23rd, I participated in the Woman of Steel sprint triathlon with these lovely ladies! Despite our ridiculously mild winter, this day turned out COLD!!!! I don't do well with cold. After the swim, I did the whole this wearing that coat...yeah. I'm awesome.
Brian brought the girls, and --with the help of our friend, Shayna-- they all cheered me on, throughout the race! It was so fun to see them each time I looped around!
Shayna brought donuts to keep the kids happy. Katie likes to pick the sprinkles off. One at a time.
