Happy New Year!

Shortly before the New Year, we finally made it up to see the lights at Temple Square! (We were really kicking ourselves for not going when it was WARMER!)

We had Grandma and Grandpa Topham over for New Year's Eve, and it was so awesome! The kids made a gingerbread house, just a day or two before, so they picked at that...

 At about 9:30, we watched a video of last year's ball drop on youtube, clinked our glasses and drank some sparkling cider! Then we all went to bed. :)

It was so fun, even if we didn't stay up all night!
And we even got to keep Grandma and Grandpa for a few extra days, after that! It was awesome!
While they were  here, and since then, the kids have spent many hours playing with these awesome Picasso Tiles that Grandma and Grandpa gave them for Christmas. So. Much. Fun.
