Growing Girls!

Maliya and Rachel both had a doctor's appointment on Friday. It was quite the double whammy. For those of you who are curious: I do NOT recommend giving two babies shots at the same time! Yikes! Luckily, Brian came along to help, so that each of us could hold one crying baby, afterwards. :( Poor things. I must say that I am VERY happy that Maliya is done with shots!

Here are the stats:

Maliya: 21 months, 25 lbs and in the 45th percentile, 36 inches and off the charts (supposedly). I did not believe for one minute that Maliya was 36 inches, so when we came home I tried to measure her myself. It was definitely easier said than done, and my measurement was not REAL accurate, but from what I could tell, she is actually closer to 34 inches. Much more believable. That still puts her in about the 100th percentile for height, tho!

Rachel: 6 months, 14.7 lbs and in the 30th percentile, 26 inches and in the 75th percentile.
