Waving
Since Maliya was very young --I would say around 6 months old--she would wave, while making this noise that sounded like "Bootchie-bootchie-boo." It was really funny. She would even start waving when Brian or I would start making the noise! We started trying to have her associate waving with the word "Bye-bye," instead. And it has worked!

Kyla is just the opposite, it took her forever to wave and then even longer to associate it with "bye" and today was the first time I've ever see her associate it with "hi" - hmmmm
